The Approval Process

Before we partner with anyone, we do a full review:

  • Profit & Loss statements, QuickBooks accounts, and bank records.

  • Legal paperwork for the business.

  • Physical inspection of your shop and operations.

  • Competitor and market analysis (reviews, pricing, demand, etc...).

  • Most importantly: we must feel comfortable with you as the owner/manager.

If it’s not the right fit, we decline respectfully.
